RESERVATION

Is it better to book directly with you or on various portals? Better with us. In addition to the more advantageous prices, the cancellation conditions are certainly more flexible: we always try to meet the needs of our guests as much as possible.

Are pets allowed? No, pets are not allowed.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is from 15.00 to 22.00. If you arrive earlier, you can go to the reception of the hotel and leave your luggage in the storage (service available from 08.00 to 22.00)
Check-out must be done before 11:00. If you want to spend one last day of fun, we will be happy to store your bags at our storage (util 18.00).

DOCUMENTS

In order to check-in correctly we need the identity cards (or passports) of all the guests (adults and kids).

HOW TO REACH HOTEL BEL SITO

BY CAR: We are only 2km from the Peschiera motorway exit. We advise you to type on Google Maps: Hotel Bel Sito Peschiera del Garda
BY TRAIN/BUS: We are about 5-10 minutes walk from the bus stops and Peschiera station.
BY PLANE : You can take a taxi that you find at the airport exit, or a bus or train.

PARKING

Our parking is free and available for all our guests. It's not guarded.

The parking is available just during your stay in our hotel.

SWIMMING.POOL

Is the swimming pool included in my booking? Yes, use of the swimming pool is always included in bookings from May to September.

Can I find pool towels in the hotel? Yes, for hire (€2.00 per towel)

How deep is the pool? It is maximum 125cm deep. The lowest part is 75cm deep.

Are there some rules? Yes.

  • Kids 0-12 can not be alone;
  • Diving, playing dangerous games, ball, frisbee etc are forbidden.
  • Matrressess and similar are forbidden
  • Glass, food and drink not buyed in hotel are not allowed

BREAKFAST and MEALS

Is there breakfast? Yes, from 7.30 to 10.00. If your reservation does not include breakfast, you can still add it once you arrive at the hotel.

Is it possible to have dinner at the hotel? We do not have a restaurant service. But we will be happy to show you the restaurants closest to us!

Do you have a bar? Yes, open from 8.00 to 22.00

Do you have gluten-free or lactose-free products? Food intolerances and allergies are very important, therefore we cannot guarantee the absolute lack of contamination. For this reason we recommend that you bring your own products

WI-FI

Is there Wi-Fi? Yes, free. At check-in we will give you a username and password

TICKETS AND EXURSIONS

Do you sell ticket for amusement parks? Do you organize excursions?

With an apposite  QRcode (we can send you by email) you can buy tickets for parks, and exursions...all with a special price!

BIKE

Do you rent bicycles? No we don't have rental bike. Near our hotel there's "Motocicli Ardielli Shop" where you can rent your bike.
