RESERVATION

Is it better to book directly with you or on various portals? Better with us. In addition to the more advantageous prices, the cancellation conditions are certainly more flexible: we always try to meet the needs of our guests as much as possible.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is from 15.00 to 22.00. If you arrive earlier, you can go to the reception of the hotel and leave your luggage in the storage (service available from 08.00 to 22.00)
Check-out must be done before 11:00. If you want to spend one last day of fun, we will be happy to store your bags at our storage.

DOCUMENTS

In order to check-in correctly we need the identity cards (or passports) of all the guests (adults and kids).

HOW TO REACH HOTEL BEL SITO

BY CAR: We are only 2km from the Peschiera motorway exit. We advise you to type on Google Maps: Hotel Bel Sito Peschiera del Garda
BY TRAIN/BUS: We are about 5-10 minutes walk from the bus stops and Peschiera station.
BY PLANE : You can take a taxi that you find at the airport exit, or a bus or train.

PARKING

Our parking is free and available for all our guests.

STAFF

young, nice, always available and lover of Lake Garda! We will be happy, from the moment of booking, to recommend the most suitable room for you and the activities that our area offers to families, friends, couples ... for a holiday full of fun, relaxation or history!

BABY CARE

Are there special services for babies and toddlers? When booking, you can request to have in your room a changing mat, baby bath tub, bottle warmer, toilet reducer (free of charge for those who book directly with us by e-mail or phone).
In summer, a small play area is set up on the outdoor veranda for younger children.

SWIIMING.POOL

Is the swimming pool included in my booking? Yes, use of the swimming pool is always included in bookings from May to September. It is open from 8 to 20.

Can I find pool towels in the hotel? Yes, for hire (€1.00 per towel)

How deep is the pool? It is maximum 125cm deep. The lowest part is 75cm deep

BREAKFAST and MEALS

Is there breakfast? Yes, from 7.30 to 10.00. If your reservation does not include breakfast, you can still add it once you arrive at the hotel.

Is it possible to have dinner at the hotel? We do not have a restaurant service. But we will be happy to show you the restaurants closest to us!

Do you have a bar? Yes, open from 8.00 to 22.00

Do you have gluten-free or lactose-free products? Food intolerances and allergies are very important, therefore we cannot guarantee the absolute lack of contamination. For this reason we recommend that you bring your own products

WI-FI

Is there Wi-Fi? Yes, free. At check-in we will give you a username and password

AMUSEMENT PARKS

Do you sell tickets for amusement parks? Yes, we have pre-sale tickets for Gardaland, Caneva and Movieland, Parco Natura Viva, Parco Giardino Sigurtà (reservation is required)

EXURSIONS

Do you organize excursions? No, we rely on a local agency, but we will take care of giving you the best advice and helping you in your choice.

BIKE

Do you rent bicycles? We have just two bikes so the reservation is required. Just 100 mt from our hotel there’s a big rental (Motocicli Ardielli)

Arrival by bicycle. Where can I leave it? In our parking lot (gates are closed during the night)
