Is it better to book directly with you or on various portals? Book with us… it's worth it!

In addition to the most advantageous prices, the cancellation conditions are certainly more flexible: we always try to meet the needs of our guests as much as possible.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

What are the CHECK-IN times? Check-in is from 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm.

I arrive before 2.00 pm, can I still leave my luggage and / or the car? Sure. The reception is open from 8.00 and, if you arrive before 14.00, you can leave your car in our parking and your luggage in the storage waiting to be able to access the room.

 

What documents do I need with me? The identity card or passport are fine.

 

 

HOW TO REACH US

How can I reach you by car? We are only 2km from the Peschiera motorway exit. We recommend typing on Google Maps: Hotel Bel Sito Peschiera del Garda

 

 Arrival by train / bus.

Are you close to the stops? Yes, we are about 5-10 minutes walk from the bus stops and Peschiera station.

 

 Arrival by plane at Villafranca airport.

How can I reach you? You can take a taxi from the airport exit, or a bus or train. For bus and train timetables, we recommend that you consult www.m.atv.verona.it and www.trenitalia.com

 

RESTAURANTS AND BAR

 What time is breakfast? 7.45-10.00

Is the restaurant open? In the low season, bar service with hot dishes is available. The restaurant is open in the summer months, for dinner and upon reservation.

 Do you have a bar? Yes, open from 8.00 to 22.00

Can I have a packed lunch? It is possible to book a packed lunch, at least one day in advance ...

 Do you have gluten-free or lactose-free products? At the time of booking, it is possible to request specific gluten-free and / or lactose-free products.

 

POOL

Is the swimming pool included in my booking? Yes, the use of the swimming pool is always included in bookings from May to September. It is open from 8.00 to 20.00

Can I find pool towels at the hotel? Yes, for hire (1.00 euro per towel)

How deep is the pool? It is maximum 125cm deep. The lowest part 75cm deep SERVICES

Is there Wi-Fi? Yes, free. At check-in we will give you username and password

Do you sell tickets for amusement parks? Sure.

Do you organize excursions? For the excursions we contact a local agency, but we will take care of giving you the best advice and helping you in your choice.

 Do you rent bicycles? Yes, by reservation.

Arrival by bicycle. Where can I leave it? In our parking lot. During the night the gates are closed.
